The members of the Thomas Paine Democracy Network are committed to exercising our freedom of speech on important issues of the day. TPDN will both criticize and praise politicians and policies and never be afraid to challenge the powers that be in society. Although the press and politicians want to control the debate, we know that the American people’s active participation is much more important to a healthy democracy. The politicians will threaten libel and the editors will propose censorship, but we, the people, will never be silenced! Just like Thomas Paine and his fellow founding fathers, the Thomas Paine Democracy Network will stand up for what’s right and speak directly to our fellow citizens.
